Ordering Information

• Sizing; Please make sure to have your finger measured with standard narrow finger sizers only, regardless of band width you choose. As a helpful tip, you may consider that most people's fingers vary a half of a size from morning till night. Traveling frequently causes swelling and will make your band fit more snug than usual.
• TrewTungsten^® bands are normally available in full and half sizes from 3 to 12½ (no quarter sizes) and are available in 5, 7 and 9 millimeter widths.
• Special oversize bands from 13 to 15½ are available in 7 and 9 millimeter widths only for an additional charge of 25%, (not available in diamond set or concave polished versions)
• Each non pre-engraved ring comes with a 7-day size guarantee and can be returned in like new condition and exchanged for another size of the same design at the discretion of Trent West Design.
• TrewTungsten^® bands are not sizable. Trent West Design offers a new, equal or similar ring in the new desired size at no additional cost. To qualify, the original owner must present their ring in a non damaged condition along with a copy of the original invoice and warranty form to an authorized retailer. Allow 4 weeks for your replacement. Limit one size exchange per original customer.
• Please allow three to four weeks plus shipping time for non-diamond set band orders.

Services Offered

• Custom laser engraving is available. Please provide written instructions and make certain that the size is correct when ordering engraving because a new band will need to be made and re-engraved. Engraving removal fees are associated with the returned band.
• TrewTungsten^® hard metal surface portions of the band with minor scratches may be re-polished for no charge at the discretion of Trent West Design.
